Overview
Elevate Reach builds dedicated HR, customer experience, back-office, and finance teams for growing companies, and the Account Manager is the client's main point of contact once a team is running. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.
You learn what each client needs, keep their outsourced team aligned with it, and turn feedback into improvements. When a client is ready to add services or headcount, you shape the plan with them.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
- Hold regular check-ins and review performance reports and KPIs with each client
- Work with team leads to resolve issues quickly and confirm the result with the client
- Spot opportunities to expand services and prepare proposals with leadership
- Guide new clients through onboarding and the first weeks of service
- Keep account notes, contracts, and renewal dates organized in our CRM
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve how we deliver
Who Fits
- Experience in account management, client success, or B2B client services
- Confident leading client conversations by phone and video
- Comfortable reading performance metrics and explaining them plainly
- Organized across several accounts with different priorities
- Polished written communication
