Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Staffing Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and deliver exceptional service. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while working closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and continued account expansion.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery while maintaining exceptional client communication throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and remove obstacles to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional staffing solutions and new business initiatives.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development.
• Lead client meetings, intake sessions, and business reviews while providing consultative workforce recommendations.
• Monitor account performance, hiring metrics, and service levels to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and staffing solutions while balancing client needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal leadership, recruiting teams, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.

• 3-7 years of experience in staffing account management, staffing sales, or consulting services.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships while growing existing accounts and developing new business.
• Strong understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle and staffing delivery process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM and ATS platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
