Title: Account Manager
Location: Remote – USA
Reports to: Director, Account Management
The Role: The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for dealers, clients, and partners, overseeing digital advertising campaigns across multiple marketing platforms. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day program execution, coordinating dealer and partner deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate campaign launches, monitoring performance, and fostering strong client relationships that support business growth and marketing objectives.
As a key member of the Account Management team, the Account Manager collaborates closely with internal departments, external partners, and dealerships to deliver exceptional service and outstanding campaign results. This position reports directly to the Director of Account Management.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role: You will strengthen client retention and drive growth by maintaining high levels of customer service and engagement, ensuring dealers see the value in our offerings, and expanding relationships where possible.

This position has a starting salary range of $70,000 – $80,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
