Account Manager

This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing day-to-day account activities, coordinating orders and projects internally, and ensuring a positive customer experience from onboarding through order fulfillment. The position works closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and meet customer expectations.

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
