Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Marlborough, MA (on-site; no hybrid/remote)
Salary: $60k - $65k Base Salary; $110k OTE
Requirements: 2+ years of experience working directly with IT customers

What You Will Be Doing:

- Join a well-tenured team and help customers purchase add-ons to their backup storage solutions
- Manage the relationship with previously installed customers
- Help sell add-ons and appliances to pre-existing customers for backup data storage
- Work in the office 5 days a week
- Work directly with IT professionals daily; IT professionals will be your customer base and you will be required to communicate in a highly technical setting

Must Have:

- 2+ years of experience working directly with IT customers
- Ability to commute daily to work
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive/Sales Rep
- Ability to communicate complex technical terms to IT professionals
