Other duties involve driving quality and efficiency, managing crews within budget, estimating job costs, and maintaining safety standards.
Qualified candidates should have 3+ years in customer service and management, strong communication skills, knowledge of equipment maintenance, and proficiency in MS Office. A degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture, or Business Management is preferred.
