Salary Range: $43000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Total Compensation: $43,000-$60,000 (base salary $43,000-$55,000 plus potential for incentive bonuses; starting salary commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to members, clients and prospects
  • Review new and renewal applications, requesting additional information as needed
  • Manage accounts for assigned clients and prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with clients in writing and by phone
  • Cross-sell additional coverages to enhance client protection
  • Meet policy-driven deadlines with strong time management and attention to detail

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for helping customers succeed
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • A property/casualty insurance license (or be able to obtain one upon hire - we provide materials and cover exam costs)
