At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an Account Manager to help organizations maximize the value of their Microsoft licensing investments and cloud journeys. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and drive sustainable revenue growth across Microsoft and public cloud technologies.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships while driving sales of Microsoft licensing, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate their digital transformation journey and connect them with the right solutions and expertise to achieve their business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving new business opportunities and revenue growth across Microsoft licensing and public cloud solutions.
- Building and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets across customer segments.
- Developing strong relationships with customers, Microsoft field teams, distributors, and strategic partners to accelerate business growth.
- Positioning and presenting Microsoft Modern Work, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud solutions, collaborating with technical specialists to deliver compelling customer proposals.
- Working closely with marketing and sales teams to generate pipeline through campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on licensing and cloud solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
What we need to see from you
- Proven expertise in Business Development and Sales
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft licensing and Cloud Technologies, along with a proven track record of efficiently driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Ability to develop and implement sales plans.
- Resilience and objection handling skills.
- Strong background in Microsoft licensing and Public Cloud Technologies.
- Experience working with other OEMs apart from Microsoft will be an advantage.
