Account Manager II - WCC Unsecured

Account Manager II - Collections & Credit Cards90-day collectors will oversee handling accounts that have fallen over three payments past due. They will need to contact customers via phone and skip trace to locate customers that are difficult to get a hold of. The agent will have a monthly goal that needs to be reached. Agent will need to incorporate several skip trace techniques as well as negotiation skills to cure accounts.
