Amazon Transparency is seeking for Mass Account Managers to join our pioneering team that has successfully scaled solutions across our own region and globally. In this role, you"ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with brands to identify gaps, develop improvements, and enhance self-service tools that impact approximately 52% of the protected territory in the North America region.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Coordinate delivery of account management activities for straightforward brand relationships aligned with team goals, applying best practices to provide recommendations that drive actions based on shared objectives
    • Audit, monitor, and review business performance for assigned brands protected with Transparency, identifying patterns and updating plans to ensure actions remain optimal for delivering shared goals
    • Innovate and experiment with new approaches to established processes by listening to brand needs, identifying gaps in existing workflows, and providing feedback to improve self-service tools and operational efficiency
    • Collaborate with operation teams and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve roadblocks, drive problem resolution, and ensure clear communication of progress and outcomes to the right audiences
    • Contribute to the development of playbooks and standard operating procedures while researching technical and operational details to develop insights that represent brand perspectives in discussions

    Your day begins with checking updates on operational tasks for brands already protected with Transparency, but the majority of your time is dedicated to innovation and discovery. You"ll experiment with new approaches to established processes, testing ideas and observing outcomes. Each day brings opportunities to interact with brands, uncover improvement areas, and provide feedback that shapes our tools and processes. This journey of continuous learning allows you to balance routine monitoring with creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

    The Transparency SJO based team brings together professionals representing a wide range of backgrounds. Since the team"s establishment in 2022, we"ve pioneered innovative tools and processes that have been successfully scaled throughout the North America region and worldwide. Currently managing the Small-Medium Brands territory We impact approximately 52% of the entire protected territory in NA. Our team operates on a fundamental principle: we win as a team or we fail as a team.
