Account Manager - Greece

At Hasbro Hellas, we bring some of the world's most loved toys, games and entertainment brands to families and fans across Greece. We are now looking for an Account Manager to help grow our retail partnerships, strengthen our brand presence and bring exciting product experiences to more customers.

About the role

As Account Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of key retail customers in Greece, helping to deliver sustainable sales growth, strong profitability and excellent in-store execution. Working closely with the Country Lead and wider commercial teams, you will recommend and implement approved customer plans, support new product launches and build trusted relationships with key business partners.

What you'll do

•    Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key retail customers and act as a trusted day-to-day contact.
•    Support the delivery of annual sales, distribution, market share and profitability objectives across your customer portfolio.
•    Recommend customer business plans, trade terms and investment opportunities for review and approval in line with local and regional strategy.
•    Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews and planning discussions to identify growth opportunities.
•    Monitor sales performance, stock levels, forecasting, orders, invoices and deliveries, working with internal teams to support smooth execution.
•    Support successful new product launches, customer listings, promotional campaigns and in-store activation plans.
•    Visit stores regularly to review product presentation, merchandising activity, promotional execution and competitor activity.
•    Prepare and deliver engaging customer presentations, previews and trade show support where required.
•    Manage customer investment and JMA budgets responsibly, within approved guidelines.

•    Accurate forecasting and clear information flow across sales, stock and payment updates.
•    High-quality execution of launches, promotions, merchandising and point-of-sale activity.
•    Effective budget control and commercially sound recommendations.

What you'll bring

•    Experience in sales, account management, key account management or a similar commercial role.
•    A strong understanding of the Greek retail landscape, ideally with experience in toys, FMCG, consumer goods, agency or retail environments.
•    Commercial confidence, with the ability to analyse sales data, customer performance and market trends.
•    Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at different levels.
•    Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and take ownership.
•    A collaborative mindset, balanced with the confidence to work independently when needed.
•    A results-focused approach and the ability to remain effective in a fast-moving commercial environment.
•    Fluency in Greek and English.
•    A degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field would be beneficial.

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
