Position Summary:The Aerospace Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by sourcing customer RFQs, preparing competitive quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, aerospace industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities:Receive and coordinate daily assignments from the Sales Manager, including customer RFQs and follow-up requestsSource RFQ line items using company resources such as database history, ILS, PartsBase, and other industry toolsCollaborate with Procurement, Expeditors, and Sales Coordinators to ensure timely quote preparation and order fulfillmentGenerate and submit accurate customer quotations using the company's ERP system by the end of each business dayResolve issues related to rejected items, stock shortages, lead times, pricing, and customer order requirementsCommunicate with vendors and customers regarding product availability and order statusMaintain accurate sales records and customer information within company systemsAssist in achieving departmental sales goals and customer satisfaction objectivesServe as the department lead in the absence of the Sales ManagerSupport continuous process improvements and team collaborationJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or 3–4 years of sales experience in the aerospace industryPrevious experience in aerospace brokering, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), or aerospace trading preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentBasic math skills, including percentages, margins, and markupsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefits & Perks:Competitive compensation package (base salary plus performance bonus)Career growth and advancement opportunitiesHigh-performing, collaborative team environmentOnsite employee gym and recreation areaOnsite micro marketHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid time off, paid sick leave, and paid company holidaysWork Location: Onsite (In Person)
