    Account Manager
    Position Summary

    The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, providing overall sales support for a specific region of the company's Regional Sales Division, as well as general support for all other corporate divisions.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Account Management: Responsible for managing major accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, and Grinder Machines.
    • Executive Reporting: Report to and perform all sales-related tasks as directed by the President.
    • Business Development: Identify and qualify worldwide sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to win new business.
    • Client Coordination: Coordinate customer visits with the technical center and factory personnel.
    • Technical Demonstrations: Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity.
    • Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales.
    • Post-Sale Follow-up: Follow up on system deliveries, customer issues, and new enhancement requests.
    • Service Collaboration: Coordinate with Customer Support personnel to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Market Presence: Participate in industry tradeshow activities.
    • Data Management: Maintain an accurate Customer Database.
    • Forecasting: Report on regular sales activities and market forecasts.
    • Quotations: Determine and quote complex system configurations to customers.
    • Global Liaison: Communicate with the international headquarters regarding all sales activities and coordinate this information with appropriate engineering personnel in both the U.S. and overseas branches.
    • Travel: Travel as required to fulfill regional and account needs.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience
    • Experience: Two or more years of extensive sales and account management experience required; capital equipment sales experience strongly preferred; outside sales experience preferred.
    • Education: BS in Business, an MBA, and/or a technical degree (or any equivalent combination of the listed education and professional experience).
    • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and standard computer software packages is strongly preferred.
