Account Manager

The Account Manager is expected to maintain an active presence across all locations, conduct regular site visits, and ensure that each facility is properly staffed, cleaned, inspected, and operating in accordance with county expectations and contract requirements. Report directly to Facilities360 Operations regarding account performance, staffing, inspections, and any issues requiring attention.

Account Manager – Genesee County Facilities


The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all 12 Genesee County facilities under the Facilities360 account. The Account Manager is expected to maintain an active presence across all locations, conduct regular site visits, and ensure that each facility is properly staffed, cleaned, inspected, and operating in accordance with county expectations and contract requirements.


Main Responsibilities

• Visit and oversee all 12 Genesee County facilities on a regular basis.
• Ensure each building is properly staffed and adequately covered.
• Manage cleaners, day porters, leads, and supervisors.
• Handle employee call-offs and arrange replacement coverage as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections at each facility.
• Ensure cleaning standards and contract requirements are consistently met.
• Communicate directly with Genesee County representatives regarding operations and service needs.
• Respond to complaints and address issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory across all facilities.
• Manage employee performance, coaching, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure all employees meet required background check and security requirements.
• Report directly to Facilities360 Operations regarding account performance, staffing, inspections, and any issues requiring attention.

Additional Requirements

• Gas Allowance: $60.00 per week
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be available to travel between all 12 Genesee County facilities as needed.
• Must maintain regular communication with Facilities360 Operations and county representatives.
