Position: Insurance Account Manager
Location: North Dakota - Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, or Ellendale
Key Responsibilities:- Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing.
- Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals.
- Coordinate renewals,submitapplications, and communicate with insurance carriers.
- Maintainaccurateclient records and prepare insurance documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:- Minimum of threeyearsdemonstratedcustomer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance
- A college degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven interpersonal communication skills
- Insurance license in property and casualty
