The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between clients and employees, ensuring strong relationships, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day staffing operations. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating employee onboarding and assignments, maintaining accurate timekeeping and payroll setup, and supporting overall branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and employees.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Communicate with clients and employees regarding staffing needs, schedules, assignments, and concerns.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, placements, and assignments.
- Ensure employee paperwork, timekeeping, and payroll information are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company and client requirements.
- Address employee and client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Visit client locations as needed to maintain relationships, provide support, and resolve concerns.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service.
- Use Excel, Google Docs, and other computer systems for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
- Train and support new hires in Front Desk and Account Manager positions.
- Ensure new employees understand company procedures, policies, and customer service expectations.
- Assist with internal company meetings, events, and other branch activities.
- Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and client information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in
English and Spanish

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel, Google Docs, email, and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally to client locations.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting or staffing preferred.
- 1+ year of customer relationship management experience required.
- 1+ year of experience using communication and customer service skills in a professional setting required.
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or workforce coordination is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in employee relations or a client-facing role is a plus.
