Account Manager Employee Ambassador

Summary
The Employee Ambassador is a warm, approachable, and compassionate member of the Corporate Care team who demonstrates genuine concern for the well-being of ProVia employees and their families. This role helps nurture and preserve ProVia's culture by providing personal support, building meaningful relationships, and connecting employees with appropriate resources and next steps when needed. The Employee Ambassador partners closely with the Employee Experience Specialist to promote and facilitate Corporate Care initiatives and is expected to consistently represent ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Model and Preserve ProVia's Culture
- Care for the emotional and spiritual well-being and morale of employees
- Provide support to employees who seek a safe place to discuss sensitive matters and determine appropriate next steps
- Communicate with the Manager of Employee Ambassadors to determine best practices for employee needs
- Promote and communicate Corporate Care initiatives
- Be available for prayer or inspirational remarks at Account Manager events
- Attend Interviews and conduct the Roadmap and Values presentation
- Greeting new hires
- Call Account Managers at the 30-day employment mark for a check-in
- Call Account Managers and conduct 90 Day Fresh Eyes
- Attend National Sales Meetings and other events as assigned
- Send Encouragement emails
- Provide spiritual support
- Conduct a Peace Index for account managers promoted to leadership
- Facilitate Ambassador-led initiatives (Foundations, Values Curriculum)
- Conduct and document One-on-Ones as needed
- Ride-A-Longs
- Attend seminars and training for continued professional development
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Judgment and Tact: Handles complex and sensitive issues with employees tactfully, exercising sound judgment where necessary, and maintains the highest level of strict confidentiality standards
- Pleasant manner and professional, friendly approach to working with employees
- Work cooperatively in a team effort with co-workers and the Corporate Care team
- Preferred on-the-road sales experience
- Practical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one meetings
- Ability to work successfully with employees at all levels and to successfully manage the dynamic and differing needs, interests, and viewpoints of multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of working with employees of cultural/religious diversity
- Effectively work under pressure and remain flexible as priorities change
- Demonstrated skills in empathy, reading people, and listening
- Preferred bachelor's degree in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Travel required; must have a valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
