Account Manager/CSR

The ideal candidate will manage incoming emails from, process customer purchase orders, triage inbound customer phone calls, update and send general price increase letters, work with the shipping department to ensure on-time deliveries, aid with freight scheduling when needed, run various reports for management, assist in the rewind department when needed, and assist with handwork on the production floor when needed. The ideal candidate will manage incoming emails from, process customer purchase orders, triage inbound customer phone calls, update and send general price increase letters, work with the shipping department to ensure on-time deliveries, aid with freight scheduling when needed, run various reports for management, assist in the rewind department when needed, and assist with handwork on the production floor when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• High school diploma/GED equivalency required.
• 5 years previous customer service/ account manager related experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Must possess great organizational and time management skills
• Must be efficient in Excel
• Experience in QuickBooks or SOS inventory systems preferred.
