    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients. You will manage renewals, market new business, and provide exceptional daily service using Applied Epic. This in-office role requires a proactive professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering strategic risk management solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Client Retention: Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high retention rates.

    Account Servicing: Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy audits accurately within Applied Epic.

    Market Placement: Collaborate with producers to market renewals and new business to optimal insurance carriers.

    Relationship Management: Act as the trusted liaison between clients, producers, and insurance underwriters.

    Risk Advisory: Review client coverages to identify gaps and recommend appropriate policy enhancements



    Requirements

    Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience required.

    Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with the Applied Epic agency management system is required.

    Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.

    Designations: CISR, CIC, or CRM professional designations are preferred but not required.

    Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial coverages, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.

    Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear client and underwriter interaction.
