About the Role
Scorpion is looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to support a growing segment of legal clients generated through our partnership with Clio. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new client engagement function from the ground up. You'll work directly with Scorpion hosting clients who use Clio as their primary case-management platform, helping them activate and get value from the Scorpion-Clio integration, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand their relationship with Scorpion over time.
Because this is a developing function, you won't simply step into an established playbook. You'll help create it. From developing outreach strategies and call scripts to testing new approaches and identifying what drives client engagement, you'll have the opportunity to influence how Scorpion supports and grows this client segment.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with clients, is comfortable with proactive outreach, has an interest in sales and growth, and is energized by building new processes and finding better ways to engage customers.
