Account Manager

We are supporting our client on a search for an Account Manager who will own a book of business and grow it. This is a high-trust seat for a relationship-driven seller who is great in front of customers and rigorous behind the scenes.

You will work hybrid out of a beautiful Chicago office with the rest of the GTM team. We are open to early-career AMs, senior CSMs ready to step into commercial work, and strong AEs who want a quota with retention in the mix.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and serve as the primary contact for accounts
• Run renewals, upsells, and expansion conversations end to end
• Build quarterly account plans and review them with leadership
• Coordinate with CS, support, and product to resolve customer needs
• Hit revenue retention and growth targets
• Document feedback and surface trends back to the business
• Identify advocates and reference customers

Requirements

• 2 plus years of account management, sales, or customer success experience
• Strong relationship-building and follow-through
• Comfort with CRM, contracts, and renewal motions
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Hybrid presence in the Chicago office at least two days per week
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
