Job purpose As an Account Manager at Transportation One, you'll own a portfolio of customer accounts focused on driving volume growth, expanding share of wallet, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, manage quoting activity, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and partner closely with Operations, Carrier Sales, and Enterprise Account Managers to deliver results. This is a customer-facing, growth-oriented role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the freight market, and wants to play a direct role in growing both customer accounts and the business. Compensation Compensation for this role will range between 60,000-65,000 + commission. Working conditions General office environment. Work is generally performed in a seated position with a high volume of computer screen reading, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard equipment available.
