Purchase and Negotiate: Use your industry expertise to secure the best prices for scrap metal.Build Relationships: Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.Inspect Materials: Assess quality, grade, and value of scrap metal to ensure optimal pricing.Manage Transactions: Write customer scale tickets and assist with weighing materials.Drive Business Growth: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitors, and strategize for success.Collaborate: Work closely with inventory control and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the scrap metal industry, with a solid understanding of how metals are valued and processed.Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to secure deals and maintain competitive pricing.Customer Service Excellence: A passion for building and maintaining client relationships.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:
