    Role Description:

    The Account Manager / Brand Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding brand goals, and translating them into effective creator and content strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing campaign planning and execution, coordinating content submissions, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely creator payouts and sample seeding. The Account Manager / Brand Strategist will collaborate closely with internal teams to refine whitelisting setups, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver clear performance reports. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining a high standard of client communication and service.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in account management, client services, or brand strategy within marketing, advertising, or creator/influencer ecosystems.

    • Strong skills in campaign planning and performance analysis, including comfort with dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.

    • Ability to manage complex workflows such as content submissions, payouts, and sample seeding with high attention to detail and organization.

    • Clear, professional communication skills, including the ability to present strategies, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to improve processes and client outcomes.

    • Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle multiple accounts concurrently.

    • Familiarity with creator/influencer marketing, paid social, and whitelisting best practices is strongly preferred.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Los Angeles, CA, with a commitment to inclusive, collaborative team culture.
