    Structural Graduate Engineer
    AG&E is an international structural engineering firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. Founded in 2004, AG&E has nine offices across the U.S., as well as international offices in India and Brazil. We are seeking a Structural Graduate Engineer to join our Dallas and Houston teams.
    Position Summary
    The Structural Graduate Engineer will support the design and documentation of medium to large-scale building structures across commercial, institutional, mission critical, educational, aviation, and healthcare projects. This role offers direct client interaction and strong opportunities for career growth and professional development.
    Key Responsibilities
    Technical
    Perform structural analysis and design for all phases of a project
    Assist with editing Master Specifications, General Notes, and Typical Details
    Coordinate structural design with architectural and other engineering disciplines
    Support the delivery of project documentation and calculations on schedule and within budget
    Assist with construction administration, including field observations
    Prepare reports for site observations, diagnostic investigations, and related studies
    Work under the supervision of senior engineers
    Support development of AG&E Talk presentations and industry conference materials
    Managerial
    Assist in developing project work plans, including tasks and budgeted time
    Support team workload coordination
    May oversee junior staff on select tasks
    Client Interaction
    Attend client meetings alongside senior engineers
    Assist in documenting meeting discussions and follow-ups
    Business Development
    Build professional relationships with client counterparts
    Participate in networking events, open houses, and industry functions
    Qualifications
    Education
    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis) or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis), required
    Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis), preferred
    Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
