Flotilla Partners and FilterPure are seeking a Tampa-based Outside Account Manager / B2B Sales Representative to help expand our footprint across multiple markets throughout Florida.
This is a travel-based role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships in new territories, and wants to play a direct role in company growth.
What You’ll Do
Business Development
Prospect and develop new B2B relationships across assigned Florida markets
Work with property managers, contractors, and commercial clients
Conduct on-site evaluations and present water treatment solutions
Build and expand territory presence in developing markets
Account Management
Maintain and grow commercial client relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts
Follow up on installations, service needs, and performance
Generate referrals and expand partnerships
Territory & Travel Responsibilities
Travel to multiple markets throughout Florida as needed
Manage appointments, prospecting, and networking while in assigned territories
Coordinate with internal teams to support installs and service
Maintain consistent CRM updates and pipeline reporting
What We’re Looking For
Preferred (Not Required):
B2B or outside sales experience
Experience managing territories or traveling for work
Background working with contractors, property managers, or commercial clients
Experience in water treatment, plumbing, irrigation, or related industries
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
We will train the right candidate with drive, professionalism, and strong business development skills

Must be based in the Tampa area
Must be willing and able to travel throughout Florida
Must have a clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
