As a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager, you'll support client order entry, account coordination, and ongoing customer communication in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with sales, production, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth processing of orders.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing multiple active orders while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting client inquiries and providing professional communication
Collaborating with sales and production teams to coordinate order details
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems
Troubleshooting issues and responding to customer needs effectively
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and phone communication
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with logic, EFI, or eProductivity software is a plus
