Job Posting
The Account Finance Clerk is to perform maintenance of official city records, public documents, election administration, preparation of meeting minutes, custody and disbursement of public funds. Banyon is a plus, preparing monthly financial reconciliation, assisting in financial management of city funds, budget and audit. Minimum: Associate's Degree in Accounting and or Finance and two years of general ledger accounting or bookkeeping experience or related field and two to five years of experience. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Benefits: Seven-step wage scale $30.62 to $38.62, currently pending ratification of union contract wage will increase, yearly COALA. Single health and dental insurance are paid entirely; family coverage is supplemented by city.
