What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Assist families in evaluating life insurance needs and coverage options
  
• Conduct client consultations using company-provided leads
  
• Educate clients on policy structures, benefits, and long-term planning considerations
  
• Follow established sales processes and training systems
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy activity
  
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
  

What We Are Looking For

Ideal Background

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow structured systems
  
• Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or competitive environments is preferred
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term career focus
