Recognized multiple times by both the Inc. 500 and the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., we are continuing our expansion with a new presence in Tampa, Florida. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive with experience in reverse logistics and/or healthcare to help scale our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets through strategic, consultative selling
Manage a portfolio of 100+ client accounts, maintaining proactive communication and strong long-term relationships
Anticipate client needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver value and exceed expectations
Identify and activate new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing accounts
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and ongoing client success
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly communicating the benefits of sourcing through Via Trading
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to support business growth
Represent Via Trading at industry events and trade shows
Promote a culture of service excellence, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio with attention to detail
Highly organized with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in liquidation, reverse logistics, or closeout industries
Exposure to trade shows or B2B wholesale environments
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
