Account Executive

Education:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  (Sometimes equivalent sales experience can substitute for a degree) 

Experience:

• 1–3+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles 
• B2B sales experience is often preferred
• Experience managing client portfolios or territories is a plus 

 Industry Familiarity: 

• Copier and printing knowledge (preferred, not always required) 

Technical & Tools Skills:

• CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Basic data analysis (sales reports, forecasting)

A CTWP Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth while managing and expanding existing customer relationships in a consultative, business-to-business sales environment. This role focuses on understanding each client’s office technology needs and delivering tailored solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall workflow.

CTWP Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Start the day in the office reviewing priorities, leads, and follow-ups
• Prospect new business accounts and identify opportunities
• Schedule and conduct appointments with decision-makers
• Present tailored office technology solutions
• Prepare proposals and deliver pricing quotes
• Follow up on leads and active opportunities
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
• Update CRM with daily activity and pipeline progress
• Attend networking events and community business functions
• Generate referrals from existing customers
