Tropolis is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive (Producer) to generate new business, develop client relationships, and grow a profitable book of business across commercial and personal lines. This role is designed for a sales professional who is highly motivated by production, relationship building, and long-term ownership of client outcomes.Â
The Account Executive, Producer will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities, partnering with internal service teams to deliver a strong client experience, and driving retention and cross-sell opportunities over time.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, networking, and targeted sales activityÂ
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities across commercial and personal linesÂ
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and prospects by understanding risk exposures and recommending appropriate insurance solutionsÂ
Partner with account management and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high-quality ongoing client serviceÂ
Drive profitable growth with a focus on desirable client segments and strong underwriting disciplineÂ
Maintain an active presence in the marketplace and represent Tropolis professionally in the communityÂ
Support renewal strategy, client retention, and cross sell opportunities within the bookÂ
Maintain compliance with all licensing, carrier, and regulatory requirementsÂ
Stay current on carrier appetite, underwriting requirements, and industry changes impacting commercial property and casualty clientsÂ

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsÂ
Active insurance license required, or ability to obtain promptly if applicableÂ

CompensationÂ
Compensation range: $40,000 - $55,000 base salary + uncapped commissionÂ
Realistic total comp of $100,000Â -Â $150,000+ at full rampÂ
Pre-employment testing and background checksÂ
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any pre-employment testing required for the role and a satisfactory background check. This may include verification of licensing and credentials, employment history, and other checks consistent with applicable laws and business needs.Â
