    We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing sales organization and help drive revenue growth by bringing Siteimprove's solutions to new customers. In this quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building executive-level relationships, and helping organizations solve complex digital experience challenges through Siteimprove's industry-leading platform.

    You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, accessibility, communications, content, and IT teams to uncover business needs, align solutions to strategic priorities, and demonstrate the value of Siteimprove's platform and AI-powered capabilities.

    This is a strategic sales role where you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution alignment, negotiation, and close. Success requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to connect Siteimprove's solutions to measurable customer outcomes across accessibility, content performance, SEO/AIO, governance, and digital experience optimization.

    What you will be doing

    • Own the full sales cycle within your assigned territory, driving both new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities across enterprise accounts.Build strong relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Accessibility, Communications, Content, IT, Procurement, and Executive Leadership functions.
    • Lead multi-threaded sales engagements, navigating complex buying processes and aligning multiple stakeholders around business goals and measurable outcomes.Identify customer challenges and position Siteimprove's accessibility, SEO, AI optimization (AIO), analytics, content strategy, and digital governance solutions to address them.
    • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer priorities, develop business cases, and demonstrate the value of Siteimprove's platform and AI-powered capabilities.
    • Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the buying journey.
    • Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline activity, and maintain disciplined opportunity management practices within Salesforce.
    • Stay informed on digital accessibility standards, evolving search trends, AI-driven content optimization, digital governance, and best practices across the digital experience ecosystem.
    • Represent Siteimprove at industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer engagements to strengthen relationships and expand market awareness.
    • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial organization.
       

    FedRAMP Classification Notice 

    This role is designated as a Standard access position. Access to systems requires successful completion of enhanced identity verification and is maintained through periodic review in alignment with Siteimprove’s FedRAMP compliance standards.

     

    What we will require of you

    • 7+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise new business acquisition and account growth.
    • Experience selling MarTech, digital experience, accessibility, SEO, AI optimization (AIO), analytics, or related SaaS solutions (e.g., Adobe, Oracle, Demandbase, Amplitude, Braze, 6sense, Sitecore, Acquia).
    • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise organizations and engaging executive stakeholders, including CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and Digital Experience leaders.
    • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently close high-value deals.
    • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, with experience uncovering business challenges and aligning solutions to measurable outcomes.
    • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a willingness to learn and share best practices across teams.
    • High levels of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

    What we will love about you

    • Prior experience selling into regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other compliance-driven markets.
    • Passion for digital accessibility, inclusion, ESG initiatives, or helping organizations create better digital experiences for all users.Background in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks.
    • Experience within MarTech, SEO, digital experience, web governance, accessibility, AI optimization (AIO), analytics, or adjacent SaaS markets, with an understanding of how organizations improve online visibility, performance, and user experience.
    • Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and articulate the value of accessibility, SEO, AIO, and digital experience initiatives to both business and technical stakeholders.

    $116,000 - $145,000 a year

    The base salary for this role will fall within the posted range and is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.

    **Additional Compensation: Quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
