    Description

Our client is a fast-scaling, Series B enterprise security software company backed by top-tier venture investors, with multiple Fortune 500 customers already live. Their platform unifies a company's existing cameras, access control, and alarm systems into a single security operations hub, then applies AI to triage alerts before a human ever has to. The company is post-Series B and actively expanding its enterprise sales team.

    The Opportunity
Enterprise physical security still runs largely on manual triage across disconnected systems — most security teams struggle to meet their own response SLAs. This is a rare enterprise AE seat at a company solving that problem with a product that's already shipping and already closing seven-figure deals.

    • Base salary $120K–$160K, with commission bringing anticipated total earnings to $240K–$320K (roughly a 50/50 split), plus equity
    • Average deal size ~$250K ACV, with seven-figure contracts not uncommon; ~6-month sales cycles
    • Quota of $1.2M–$1.5M annually
    • Direct access to founder and senior leadership built into the role
    • Joining an established team of enterprise AEs during a period of rapid growth

    What You'll Do

    • Own full-cycle enterprise sales — first meeting through close — for net-new logos at organizations with 1,000+ employees
    • Sell into physical security buying centers: GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk and operations executives
    • Navigate multi-stakeholder evaluations that typically include a paid pilot, technical evaluation, and executive sign-off across security, IT, and procurement
    • Build and manage your own pipeline alongside a shared SDR resource

    What You Bring

    • 6+ years in direct software sales, with 3+ years carrying an enterprise quota
    • A track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at 1,000+ employee companies
    • Full-cycle ownership — you've sourced, run, and closed your own deals, not just closed handed-off pipeline
    • Comfortable at a $250K+ average deal size and a 6-month sales cycle
    • Based in, or ready to relocate to, the greater LA area for a 5-day, on-site role

    Bonus Points

    • Experience selling into physical security, corporate security, GSOC/SOC, or risk management buyers
    • Cybersecurity or other complex B2B infrastructure sales background
    • Experience with a paid-pilot / POC-led sales motion
    • A closed seven-figure contract
