QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship development, with a track record of building and sustaining long-term partnerships.
- Strong background in market research and lead generation, with the ability to translate findings into actionable, client-focused strategy.
- Proficiency in account management, including strong organizational skills and polished client-facing communication.
- Proven sales track record, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and performance targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership capability and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance industry is strongly desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the organization's client growth and retention efforts, building and executing strategies that expand the client base while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop and carry out targeted outreach initiatives designed to attract new clients and convert prospective relationships into long-term partnerships.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging opportunities, track industry trends, and inform client-facing strategy with data-driven insight.
- Own the management of key client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across the relationship lifecycle.
- Drive lead generation efforts that fuel the sales pipeline, working to identify and qualify new business opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Take direct accountability for overall sales performance, working toward and exceeding revenue and growth targets set for the role.
- Partner closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, ensuring client needs are met seamlessly across departments.
- Set the strategic direction for client development efforts, applying leadership and prioritization skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
