We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, managing client accounts, driving business development, and managing their territory.
Responsibilities:
Displays Pulliam's Core Values
Gets It, Wants It, and has the Capacity to Do It (GWC)
Spends the majority of working time networking/calling on potential customers within assigned territory
Develop activity plans to promote Pulliam
Generates leads/projects through referral sources and direct clients for commercial work including but not limited to: Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate & Property Management, Industrial & Manufacturing, Retail, Colleges & Universities, Primary & Secondary Education, Federal, State, County & Municipal Government, Cultural Centers, Hospitality and Senior Living industries.
Attends professional organization events and tradeshows regularly
Participates in bi-weekly Sales & Marketing Level 10 meetings
Makes site visits at potential jobs such as flood, fire and storm damaged properties
Input and track all activities in CRM daily
Other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications
Restoration experience and knowledge preferred
Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong focus on B2B environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills, complemented by negotiation and business development expertise
Strong organizational and project management abilities
