The work
As a Account Executive - Business Banking, your specialty is consultative selling of business accounts and financial-services solutions. Scope, assigned accounts or searches, workload, and engagement terms must be agreed before work starts.
Responsibilities
- Apply your experience in consultative selling of business accounts and financial-services solutions to the agreed work.
- Run discovery and solution conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Connect qualified needs to relevant offerings and explain capabilities using approved product information.
- Coordinate demonstrations, stakeholder questions, proposals, and a documented next step.
- Manage an accurate opportunity pipeline with realistic timing, risks, and follow-up actions.
- Work with BDRs, partner teams, and provider representatives on clean handoffs.
- Respect approval boundaries: provider terms, credit decisions, pricing, and contracts remain with the authorized party.
Qualifications
- Previous account-executive experience selling banking, lending, payroll, HR, or related B2B software solutions.
- Clear communication, independent organization, and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to explain relevant prior work without sharing confidential client or employer material.
- Familiarity with the startup and professional-services ecosystem in the target city.
Engagement and compensation
Fixed pay: $9,000 to $15,000 per month. Engagement: contractor.
