    Description

    POSITION SNAPSHOT: Our client is an advanced manufacturing company that is transforming the production of soft, flexible, and elastomeric products through innovative liquid-material manufacturing technology. The company serves customers across automotive, medical device, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, and other high-performance markets, and is expanding its U.S. sales organization to support continued growth. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to own and close qualified sales opportunities, manage the commercial sales process from post-qualification through purchase order, and build long-term relationships with strategic customers. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on driving revenue, negotiating complex deals, and developing repeat business opportunities.


    The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of successful B2B technical capital equipment sales experience in areas such as additive manufacturing, injection molding, CAD/CAM, industrial equipment, or related manufacturing technologies. Candidates should have a proven track record of closing high-value capital equipment sales, navigating complex customer organizations, and working with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and executive stakeholders. Strong consultative selling, business case development, negotiation, CRM pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment skills are required. Experience within automotive, medical device, industrial manufacturing, polymer processing, or additive manufacturing markets is highly desirable, along with the ability to travel up to 50%. Preference will be given to candidates in the Greater Boston Area to work a hybrid schedule. If candidates have a strong background in selling capital equipment to the medical prosthetic industry, there may be consideration of a remote position from the Illinois or Michigan markets, although account assignments will be based on geography, industry expertise, customer relationships, and business needs.
