Job Description: Sales Representative

Prospect and develop new local business relationships on an ongoing basis.

Conduct needs analysis with business owners and decision makers.

Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions.

Sell across radio streaming, podcast, and digital platforms.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Maintain consistent client contact and provide exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to execute campaigns.

Attend station events, remotes, and client functions as needed.

Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales documentation.

Ensure accounts are properly approved and paid in a timely manner.

Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
