Why We're Hiring

At Complex, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Director with Online Video (FAST-CTV / Mobile / Desktop) media background to join our team. This is a high-energy job that requires persistent interaction with clients, proven sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals on a quarterly/annual basis
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Complex's advertising products and solutions
  • Prospect and close new account business and build existing account relationships
  • Work across all departments to ensure that programs are executed in full
  • Create and deliver weekly sales reports to management

Who You Are

  • 5+ years direct Online Video (FAST/CTV) advertising sales experience
  • 5+ years of digital media experience
  • Strong relationships with New York based media agencies and client-side teams
  • Experience using data backed insights to deliver client marketing objectives
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business
  • Well-organized, with strict attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

$250,000 - $320,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
