Description

In this dynamic Account Director level role with Chandler Chicco Agency, you will manage projects and client support for fast-paced pharmaceutical accounts focused on influencer and healthcare provider HCP engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in influencer strategy required and experience with HCP marketing and influencer engagement preferred, understands how to operate within the pharmaceutical space, has led production and creative content strategies, and collaborates effectively across multiple teams and partners.

You will work with engaged clients who value responsiveness, thoughtful counsel, and attention to detail. This position offers significant opportunity within a rapidly expanding agency to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance quickly based on performance and initiative.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates on deliverables and timelines Lead development of internal and external communications, including key messages, influencer, HCP, patient engagement content, video scripts, social media, and sponsored content, and presentations for meetings, planning, and production days Manage project timelines and action plans, delegating work and supporting overall team operations Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

Bachelors degree 6 years experience specializing in healthcare with a focus on influencer marketing, including HCP, celeb, macro, micro, and patient Veeva Vault experience, and familiarity with medical, legal, regulatory review requirements Strong knowledge of influencer identification, vetting, contracting, and activation in a regulated environment Willingness to travel for client meetings and activations as needed

Desired Characteristics

Experience identifying and working with HCP influencers and digital opinion leaders Experience managing productions related content strategies and creative planning Comfortable collaborating across large cross-functional teams and interacting regularly with clients and partners Up-to-date knowledge of influencer and social media trends, particularly within healthcare Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and quality control across all deliverables Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and keeps teams aligned Self-motivated and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive projects forward independently Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively manage up and down within a large team environment

Responsibilities

Serve as account manager across multiple influencer and HCP-focused accounts, supporting strategy and execution in partnership with senior account leads and strategists in the vaccines space Oversee end-to-end execution of HCP and influencer campaigns and productions, including ideation, content development, partner selection, activation, measurement, and optimization Write and review communications materials with close attention to detail, including influencer content, contracts, and guidelines Develop and manage timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, and call notes to ensure projects remain on track Support budget management and monthly billing processes Act as day-to-day contact for core clients Collaborate regularly with partner agencies, shared services teams, vendors, media partners, and third-party stakeholders

Annual Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130K to $140K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors, such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
