Description

The Account Development Manager is responsible for managing and growing executive-level relationships with assigned travel insurance partnerships. This role leads joint business planning, drives revenue growth, supports partnership development, monitors performance, and coordinates cross-functional execution to deliver partner initiatives and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Own executive relationships across assigned embedded partners.
  • Develop annual joint business plans.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify expansion opportunities across products and customer segments.
  • Build multi-year account growth strategies.

Revenue Growth

  • Deliver premium and profitability targets.
  • Increase attachment rates.
  • Expand into new distribution channels within partner organizations.
  • Launch new products and coverage enhancements.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities.

Partnership Development

  • Build relationships across product, marketing, engineering/technology, and operations teams within partner organizations.
  • Coordinate executive governance meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on travel insurance strategy.

Performance Management

  • Monitor key performance indicators, including premium production, conversion, attach rate, claims experience, customer satisfaction, and digital funnel performance.
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner internally with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure partner initiatives are delivered on schedule.

  • 5-10+ years of experience in travel insurance, fintech, embedded insurance, travel technology, ecommerce, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working with APIs or digital commerce platforms preferred.

The pay range for the role is $102,000 to $148,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
