About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients - a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you''ll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client''s team.
The description below is our client''s overview of the background, skills, and experience they''re looking for. If you meet most - but not all - of these, we still want to hear from you. What you''ll do
You''ll own demand forecasting and inventory planning for a major retail customer account or sales channel in the company''s home appliance business. As the supply chain lead for that account, you''ll validate orders and replenishment, spot inventory and financial risks early, and work with internal teams and the customer to keep forecasts on target. Expect a weekly and daily forecast rhythm, plus regular time with executives.

- Validate orders and replenishment so the account meets its financial forecast
- Give early warning of risks in company and channel inventory, and propose ways to mitigate them
- Guide teams in reducing internal and customer supply chain and financial risks
- Optimize home appliance inventory across the customer''s distribution center locations and for direct-to-consumer orders. Use KPIs, real-time orders and forecasts, and channel sell-out data to maximize sales while keeping inventory risk and cost low
- Manage inventory fulfillment and delivery to meet financial forecast targets and support revenue recognition
- Carry out supply chain projects and initiatives on behalf of the supply chain team
- Act as the account''s or channel''s supply chain lead and liaison with external and internal stakeholders on initiatives, exception management, and risk mitigation
What you''ll bring
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, forecasting, innovation, or a related field
- Bachelor''s degree
- Experience working with cross-functional resources in a matrix organization

- Solid analytical and interpersonal skills
- Core skills: stakeholder management, demand planning, and business analysis
Nice to have
- MBA
- Forecast management experience (a top priority for the hiring team), backed by a solid supply chain background
- Fortune 500 or global experience at a hardware company, such as consumer electronics (not software or services)
- Communication skills for driving collaboration with strategic customers and partners, including PowerPoint, business case justification, and P&L analysis
- Comfort with a weekly or daily forecast rhythm, rather than the monthly cycle common in many industries
