    About Agency Eight

Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing creator marketing team. In this role, you'll own the execution layer across multiple client accounts — sourcing and outreaching to creators, coordinating gifting logistics, capturing performance data, and keeping campaigns running on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the creator economy, CPG and beauty brands, and wants to build deep hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

    What You'll Do

    Gifting Programs

    • Own creator sourcing for gifting programs — researching, vetting, and building lists based on brand and campaign briefs
    • Develop creative briefs and outreach copy for manager review
    • Execute all creator outreach and follow-up for gifting campaigns, owning the inbox and response tracking end-to-end
    • Support gifting logistics with the Operations team — placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing deliverables

    Paid Campaigns

    • Source creators for paid campaigns to support the Account Manager's review and approval
    • Develop creative briefs for manager review
    • Own product send-outs for paid partners — coordinating shipments and confirming delivery
    • Capture and compile metrics and performance data across live paid programs

    Reporting & Data

    • Own monthly data reporting — pulling and compiling performance numbers into reporting templates
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign trackers across all active programs
    • Develop a strong working knowledge of Archive and other platform tools

    Client & Internal Support

    • Contribute to call agendas and take detailed notes on client calls
    • Send follow-up next steps and action items after meetings
    • Proactively flag important creator DMs and communications to the internal team
    • Support on special projects such as events, PR mailers, and specialized campaigns

    What We're Looking For

    • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, talent management, or a related field
      • Bonus: hands-on experience with influencer outreach or gifting programs
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Comfortable working in Google Sheets (or willingness to learn quickly)
    • Excellent written communication skills — you can draft a clear, on-brand outreach message or a concise meeting recap
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
    • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with or willingness to quickly learn tools like Archive, project management platforms, and influencer databases
    • Deep knowledge and passion for marketing, the creator economy, and CPG brands
