We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional to support our National Sales Manager in overseeing a large enterprise account. This person work alongside the Sales Manager and act as a key point of contact for contractors and be an extension of the Sales Leader in the client’s eyes. This role will help to ensure smooth operations from onboarding to ongoing engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional service, and is eager to learn the business of staffing and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor Care & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contractors — supporting onboarding, extensions, fact gathering, visas etc. Primarily for “house” employees.
  • Conduct regular check-ins (virtual or in-person) to ensure contractor satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate walk-ins and onsite visits when needed; handle scheduling to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and follow up weekly on timesheets, expense submissions, luncheons, etc.
  • Track assignment end dates, facilitate renewals, and communicate updates to leadership.
Recruiting Coordination
  • Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews, confirm logistics, and update candidate statuses in the ATS.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring all required documentation and background checks are complete.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely movement through each hiring stage.
Account & Administrative Support
  • Prepare and maintain weekly reports — including pipeline metrics, fill ratios, and forecasting data.
  • Update CRM when needed with notes and details regarding meetings,
  • Manage expense reports, travel coordination, and administrative tasks for the account team.
  • Support preparation of client reports, QBR decks, and business reviews.
  • Pull weekly reports (close ratio, competitor analysis, new leaders within LinkedIn).
  • Help with targeting new hiring leaders and keeping track of org changes.
  • Manage redeployment pipeline (contractors nearing assignment end or previous ADP and can be brought back).
Client & Business Development Support
  • Assist with day-to-day client communications for scheduling, follow-ups, and gathering job details.
  • Coordinate client lunches, meetings, and small events to strengthen relationships.
  • Research hiring trends, department structures, and upcoming projects to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Gather market Client from contractors and hiring leaders to inform business development strategy.
  • Document and standardize contractor care and account coordination processes as the team scales.
  • Quarterly audits to audit for end dates
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, account support, or client service.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with a service-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A plus: Experience using ATS or CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionte , JobDiva, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
Growth Path
