Salary: $35, 409 - $53,519 (based on negotiated contract) Benefits: Full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental. Sick, vacation, and personal days

This

is

a

Civil

Service

position.

Application Deadline: November 12, 2026 Position Summary Processes and prepares invoices for timely payment and performs a variety of general accounting and related

support

tasks

in

an

accounts

payable

environment.

Compiles

data

and

prepares

a

variety

of

reports

while

verifying

the

accuracy

of

invoices

and

other

financial

documents

or

records.

Updates

and

maintains

accounts

payable

records,

enters

data

into

the

computer

system,

and

prepares

records

of

cash

disbursements.

Checks

and

compares

vouchers,

requisitions,

invoices,

and

other

documents

for

completeness

and

accuracy.

Posts

non-complex

disbursements,

deductions,

remittances

paid

and

due,

and

checks,

and

performs

related

duties

as

High

School

Diploma

Strong

computer

literacy

with

a

preference

for

knowledge

of

spreadsheets

and

Google

Suite

Ability

to

communicate

effectively.

Strong

knowledge

of

mathematical

computations

such

as

percentages,

fractions,

addition,

subtraction,

multiplication

and

division
