ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I gained experience in both insurance claims and the restaurant industry, giving me a unique background in customer service, problem-solving, and working with people. I’m also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Outside of the office, I’m a proud father of two sons and enjoy boating, golfing, and most importantly, having a good time and sharing plenty of laughs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for William Favaro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
