About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2011 and has grown to a team of 10 dedicated professionals who share a passion for serving our community and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked in wealth management after earning my undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge and my MBA from University of La Verne.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Account Associate - Executive Assistant to support our agency owner. This full-time role involves a blend of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, helping to manage daily operations both inside and outside the office. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish language skills are preferred.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to the agency owner with scheduling, correspondence, and daily planning.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, including policy updates, document preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and off-site appointments.
  • Interact professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist the agent with personal errands as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a solutions-focused attitude.
  • Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days of hire (company support provided).
