ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in April 2026 after gaining firsthand experience as a State Farm team member. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and helped shape the kind of agency and team environment I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of two and enjoy cheering on the Lakers, playing golf, and watching movies.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Associate for Joseph Sarkisian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
