ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate with Lynn Bullard State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experience that reinforces the sustainable growth of a successful insurance agency. Your ability to identify opportunities and build from a current book of business makes you a good fit for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Identify opportunities within current book of business.
- Make outbound calls to schedule yearly reviews.
- Maintain all CE and Licensing for compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintaining product knowledge and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- A valid U.S. Drivers License
- Property and Casualty Licensed within the state of North Carolina
